3. Processing SLA & Timeline
Acknowledgment
You will receive an automated/written acknowledgment within 24 to 48 hours of sending your request.
Verification & Purge
Our engineering team verifies account ownership and purges all records within 7 to 14 business days.
4. Scope of Data Erasure
When a data deletion request is fulfilled, the following data is permanently purged from our active databases:
- Account Profile & Credentials: Name, email address, username, password hashes, and profile preferences.
- Service Usage & History: Saved lineup preferences, proxy configurations, search logs, and activity records.
- Communication Records: Contact form submissions and support ticket correspondence.
5. Legal Exceptions & Statutory Retention
In accordance with Indian tax laws, financial auditing standards, and CERT-In cybersecurity directives, minimal transaction records or security logs may be retained for the minimum period mandated by law before being permanently destroyed.
