We serve as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act, 2023) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 along with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (IT SPDI Rules).

This Corporate Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, retain, and safeguard personal data on our corporate portal (imbine.com) and governs the overarching data privacy architecture across our product umbrella.

ℹ️ Note on SPDI: Imbine Technologies does NOT request or store Sensitive Personal Data or Information (such as financial account passwords, biometric attributes, or medical records) on our corporate website.

4. Purpose Specification & Lawful Basis (DPDP Act, 2023)

In accordance with Section 6 & 7 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, personal data processing is performed based on explicit consent or legitimate uses:

  • Contractual Performance: Preparing proposals, non-disclosure agreements, and client service contracts.
  • Legal & Security Obligations: Enforcing cyber incident reporting directed by Indian authorities (CERT-In) and preventing malicious access.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, individuals ("Data Principals") residing in India possess the following statutory rights regarding their personal data:

Right to Correction & Erasure

Right to Grievance Redressal

6. Protection of Children's Data (Section 9, DPDP Act 2023)

Imbine Technologies does not knowingly process personal data of children under 18 years of age without verifiable parental consent. We do not conduct behavioral tracking, targeted advertising, or harmful processing directed at minors.

7. Data Security & Storage Standards

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures in compliance with Rule 8 of the IT SPDI Rules, 2011, including SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption, strict access controls, and firewall protections.

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure adhering to Indian cybersecurity directives issued by the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In).
